The hotel has a great location in Sanur, close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. However, the rooms had some issues, like a musty smell and the lack of a proper shower for those with mobility concerns. While the dining experience was decent, I'd hoped for a bit more variety at breakfast.

The rooms were a mixed bag; we were moved from a musty-smelling room to a much better one with a spacious walk-in shower, which was a relief given my bad knees. The deluxe rooms have been lovely.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts modern and clean rooms. The service was accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. I enjoyed the fantastic dining options, especially the freshly made choices at breakfast. The location is hard to beat, as it's just a short walk to several excellent restaurants. However, while the prices were reasonable for the area, the rooms could feel a bit austere by Indonesian standards.

The hotel is beautifully located with quirky temples nearby and traditional Balinese vibes. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, especially to my disabled husband, which made our experience even better. However, the rooms could have used more storage space, and the dining options became repetitive after a few days. Overall, we found this place to be a good value for money, especially with the spa treatments being so affordable compared to Australia.
